Materials damaged in transit must be reported first to the carrier and then to Modern Signs Press, Inc. Defective Material Defective materials will be replaced. Please call Modern Signs Press Inc. for instructions. Gift Orders We can mail gift items directly to whomever you specify. Be sure to have correct address of where order is to be shipped. Gift card can be enclosed. Videotapes & Computer Software Not returnable unless defective. If defective the item will be replaced. If for some reason you are not, you may return it in new, salable condition within 15 days after you receive it for full credit. (Note: except for videotapes and computer software).
